As a Public Relations intern with the Denver Broncos, my primary responsibilities included the creation of media credentials for training camp, open media practices, and game day field access. I also created and distributed daily executive news summaries to all staff personnel, stakeholders and ownership group. I recorded and transcribed all media availability press conferences among coaches, players and executives. In addition to public relations responsibilities, I also collaborated with our Corporate Partnership department to facilitated weekly player appearances for partner-lead activations. In addition, I would collaborate with the community department to organize media availability for hosted community events and served as an on-site contact for various paid appearances.

• Credential Requests: Creation of media credentials for training camp, open media practices, and gameday access

• Media Coverage Monitor: Collect and monitor daily news from local and international media channels to measure media growth and public image

• Player Appearances: Facilitated weekly player appearances for partner-lead activation and served as an on-site contact for various paid appearances

• Media Availabilities: Assisted in the coordination of press conferences and player interviews

• Community Media Coverage: Collaborated with the community department to organize media coverage for hosted community events
